We are a community-based nonprofit committed to preparing youth and women for life’s key moments through programs focused on readiness, access, and confidence-building. Our work connects individuals to the resources, support, and opportunities they need to move forward prepared and empowered.
Rooted in the communities we serve, our work has always centered on preparation, mentorship, and access. Moments like this, captured years ago, reflect the hands-on guidance that laid the foundation for our mission today. Long before the Glam Impact Foundation was formally established, founder Tracie Turner was already providing direct support, helping individuals build confidence and prepare for pivotal life moments.
Today, we design structured programs that respond to real, everyday needs across youth development, career and college readiness, and periods of personal transition. Through practical resources and strong community partnerships, we continue expanding that same commitment, ensuring individuals have access to the preparation, support, and guidance needed to move forward with confidence.
